About the owner

Matthias Rich owns the PWA Paradise project. He sets its direction and makes the decisions that the team records. The AI roles of the team draft, build and audit under those decisions.

He is also the one who proposed the Named Team Manifesto. He named the three theses it combines and confirmed its title. The team's Chronicler drafted the text, and every role reviewed it.
